Payment Terms

You are paying the club, academy, team, or organization (the “Organization”) that created the page or invoice — not Vimasu Technologies Inc. (“Vimasu”). Vimasu provides the software the Organization uses to collect payments. Card processing and the movement of funds are handled by Stripe, and the money goes to the Organization's own account. Vimasu does not receive or hold your payment.

When you submit a payment, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown. You confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

The amount you authorize is the amount displayed at checkout. Vimasu charges the Organization a small platform fee and Stripe charges processing fees; those fees are deducted from the Organization's proceeds, not added on top of your payment.

If your payment is a contribution or donation, it is not necessarily tax-deductible. Only the Organization can tell you whether it is a registered charity and whether it will issue an official donation receipt. Vimasu makes no representation that any payment is tax-deductible and does not issue tax receipts. Contact the Organization for receipts.

Refunds and cancellations are handled by the Organization under its own policy. Vimasu cannot issue refunds and is not responsible for the Organization's refund decisions. To request a refund or cancel, contact the Organization directly. If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact the Organization first.

The Organization — not Vimasu — is responsible for providing any goods, services, programs, or fundraising outcomes related to your payment. Vimasu does not endorse or guarantee any Organization, fundraiser, or item and is not responsible for what the Organization does or does not deliver.

The information you provide (such as name, email, and payment details) is shared with the Organization and with Stripe to process your payment and is handled in accordance with the Vimasu Privacy Policy and Stripe's privacy policy. Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe; Vimasu does not store your full card number.

The payment functionality is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vimasu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your payment, and Vimasu's total liability relating to a payment will not exceed the amount of Vimasu's platform fee on that payment. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

These Payment Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
