1. ACTIVITIES COVERED Training sessions, identification camps & combines, matches & showcases, travel (domestic & international), trials with third-party clubs, and strength & performance testing. 2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK The Participant acknowledges inherent risks including: • Physical injury (minor to severe) or permanent disability • Concussion, illness, or medical complications • Property damage, loss, or travel-related risks • Risks from third-party organizations The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, known or unknown. 3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY The Participant releases and discharges Intouch Football from all liability, claims, and causes of action — including negligence (except where prohibited by law) — for injuries during activities, travel, or from third-party clubs, coaches, or organizations. 4. INDEMNIFICATION The Participant agrees to hold harmless Intouch Football from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions, conduct, or breach of this Agreement. 5. MEDICAL CONSENT The Participant confirms they are physically fit to participate and will disclose any medical conditions. In an emergency, Intouch Football is authorized to seek medical treatment; the Participant/Parent assumes all associated costs. 6. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER Intouch Football may facilitate opportunities with third-party clubs, agents, and organizations but does not control or guarantee outcomes. Intouch Football is not liable for disputes, injuries, or issues arising from third-party involvement. 7. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES Participation does not guarantee selection, trials, contracts, scholarships, or professional opportunities. All opportunities are based on performance and third-party decisions. 8. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE The Participant grants Intouch Football worldwide, royalty-free permission to capture and use photos, videos, and recordings for marketing, promotion, and media purposes. 9. CODE OF CONDUCT The Participant agrees to conduct themselves respectfully, follow all staff instructions, and refrain from misconduct or inappropriate behaviour. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund. 10. REFUND POLICY Fees paid are non-refundable except at the discretion of Intouch Football. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 11. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. 12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By signing below, the Participant (and Parent/Guardian if applicable) confirms they have read and understood this Agreement, acknowledge they are waiving legal rights, and sign voluntarily without pressure or inducement.
